Bedside LCD installation with networked xbox 360

Installed wall mount for 21″ LCD TV on bedside. Used existing receptacle behind night stand for power. Ran new coaxial cable for tv, and cat 5 for network set up from router to xbox 360.

New light fixture install, closet light install, chandalier replacement

Installed closet light off of existing circuit in opposing wall, fresh install.

Replaced existing chandelier (some assembly required, ok al ot of assembly)

Installed new chandelier in living room where there was no power or attic access, in two story home. Tied into existing switch for switched receptacle.

Toilet repair replace flange, flapper, flush valve

Toilet running periodically through the day. Removed tank of toilet and rebuilt internal components replacing flange, flapper, flush valve.

Hot Tub Install

Installed new GFCI breaker for hot tub, ran new circuit from panel box to out side disconnect as seen in picture. Installed pvc in ground and stubbed up with extra whip for company delivering hot tub to hook up.

Kitchen Lights Remodel (pendants, recessed, chandalier), exc.

Removed existing track lighting. Installed four recessed lights in main kitchen area and 2 pendants over bar on first floor in two story home. Also swaped out ceiling fans in living room, and new chandalier in dining room.
